  • 成就及业绩
  •     北京科技大学冶金学院罗海文教授,系国家高层次人才,在国内外高校科研院所从事先进钢铁材料品种开发逾20年,主要研究先进钢铁材料的设计与冶金制备工艺,以成分-工艺-组织-性能为主要研究内容。主持国家自然科学基金冶金和材料学科的重点项目和国际合作项目,在包括Science、Acta Materialia以及科学通报、金属学报等国内外顶级金属材料期刊上发表数十篇高水平论文,是全球最早从事热点领域-高性能中锰钢的研发人员之一。
