    【主要学术成就】

    刘晓明(1980- ),山东临沂人,入选国家级青年人才,教育部“课程思政教学名师及教学团队成员”,第十二届中国金属学会“冶金青年科技奖”,第四届中国有色金属学会“创新争先计划”,美国斯坦福大学“World top 2% scientists”,第二届IJMMM“鼎新青年科学家奖”,第二届邱定蕃有色冶金青年科技奖提名奖。

    一直从事工业固废资源化高效利用(包括有色/钢铁冶炼渣尘、煤基固废、工业副产石膏、尾矿、垃圾焚烧飞灰等),固废中有价元素的提取利用,工业窑炉协同处置城市固废和生态环境功能材料领域的研究与应用工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金联合重点项目、十三五国家重点研发计划课题等国家、省部级和企业科研项目50余项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文160余篇,其中ESI高被引10篇;已授权国家发明专利32件。以第一完成人获2022年度中国有色金属科技进步一等奖和2019年度建筑材料科技进步二等奖励4项;主持3项技术成果获评“国际领先”水平。兼任中国硅酸盐学会理事,中国硅酸盐学会固废分会常务理事、青年委员会主任委员,中国有色金属学会固废资源化专业委员会委员、节能减排专业委员会委员,中国建筑学会建材分会理事,《International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy and Materials》、《Green Energy and Resources》、《Materials》和《Materials Reports: Solid waste and Ecomaterials》期刊编委,《工程科学学报》期刊青年编委。

    主编出版教材《冶金固废材料化利用》、参编教材3部、专著1部,参与完成国家和省部级教改项目2项,主持完成北京科技大学重点教改项目1项,参与获北京市教育教学成果奖一等奖1项、二等奖1项,“北京高校优秀本科育人团队”成员。截至2024年12,指导已毕业博士生3名和硕士生24名,指导在站博士后1名、在读博士生7名和硕士生7名,所指导的研究生先后荣获国家奖学金(7人),北京市三好学生(2人),北京市优秀毕业生(2人),北京科技大学“校长奖章”(1人)、“十佳学术之星”(3人)、优秀硕士/博士论文(4人),全国大学生冶金科技竞赛特等奖(3项)、一等奖(4项),全国大学生“互联网+”大赛银奖、北京赛区一等奖等荣誉。
