1985-1989年,江西师范大学化学专业本科;
1989-1995年,北京科技大学冶金物理化学专业硕士、博士;
1995-1997年,中国科学院物理研究所凝聚态物理专业博士后;
1997-2020年,北京有色金属研究总院工程师、高级工程师、教授级高级工程师/博士生导师;
1999-2000年,美国佛罗里达大学化工系访问学者。
2020年至今,北京科技大学教授/博士生导师。
【主要学术成就】
2004年入选首批“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”,2016年入选第二批国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,2020年11月至今在北京科技大学物理化学系从事教学与科研工作,现任稀贵金属绿色回收与提取北京市重点实验室主任, Rare Metals 、 IJMMM 、《中国稀土学报》(中、英文版)等期刊编委,中国稀土学会发光专业委员会副主任委员等。在 Adv. Energy Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Nano Energy 等期刊发表SCI收录论文200余篇(单篇最高他引1000余次),获中国有色金属工业科学技术奖一等奖4项,授权国内外发明专利100余件,获中国专利优秀奖1项,已培养博士毕业生40余名,北京市优秀毕业生、中国冶金教育学会优秀博士学位论文获得者1名、校级优秀学位论文获得者10余名。
