    主要学术成就:

        北京科技大学终身教授,国家重点研发计划项目首席,百千万人才工程国家级人选,国家有突出贡献中青年专家,享受国务院特殊津贴专家,江西省“双千计划”创新人才。长期从事多元复杂矿产资源/二次金属资源高效综合利用和清洁生产的工程化研究,在多金属复杂矿的短流程冶金、多金属高效分离与提取、过程工程放大与关键装置研发等方面作出了突出贡献,发明了红土镍矿多金属综合利用、铅富氧闪速熔炼、矿浆电解、锂电池循环利用、含砷物料处置等多项原创性清洁生产新技术,建成多项示范工程,取得显著经济、社会和环境效益。

        先后承担和参加国家自然科学基金重点/面上项目、国家重点研发计划、973计划项目、863计划项目、科技支撑计划项目、中国工程院重大/重点咨询项目及省部级科技项目30余项,企业委托技术开发/咨询项目150余项;发表论文300余篇,其中SCI、EI收录200余篇;已获授权发明专利130余项;出版专著5部;获国家技术发明奖二等奖1项,部级技术发明奖一等奖2项,部级科技进步奖一等奖6项、二等奖4项,部级优秀工程咨询成果奖一等奖5项、二等奖5项。
