    主要业绩:

        入选国家级青年人才计划,致力于高品质钢洁净化和均质化相关理论、技术和工艺研究,以钢中非金属夹杂物为主要方向。主持国家级科研项目5项,参与国家重点研发计划、省部级科技计划以及企业技术开发等项目20余项。出版第一作者学术专著1部,以第一/通讯作者发表学术论文60余篇,授权发明专利10余项。获得教育部技术发明一等奖(排名第2)、教育部科技进步一等奖(排名第3)、北京市科技进步一等奖、河北省科技进步一等奖、冶金科技进步一等奖、中国产学研合作创新成果一等奖等省部级一等奖7项,担任2个期刊的青年编委。指导学生获国家级竞赛奖励2项、省部级竞赛奖励1项。
